Terms and Conditions – KinkCon

By creating a subscription or purchasing services on kinkcon.net (the “site”), you accept the following terms and conditions. We also refer to the general rules of purchase and contract law, including rules on consumer contracts under Danish law and the provisions of the Sale of Goods Act. You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases on the site.

PAYMENT
We accept payment with Visa Dankort and international credit cards. Upon purchase, you will receive a receipt via email. This receipt serves as proof of your purchase and as documentation of the agreement entered.
Payment for your purchase on the site is processed through one of our payment partners, QuickPay ApS and MobilePay A/S. You can use Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, and Mastercard for payments, as well as your mobile phone for payments via MobilePay. All prices on the site are in Danish kroner and include VAT.
SUBSCRIPTION
By purchasing a continuous subscription, you agree that it automatically renews until you choose to cancel it (see cancellation terms below). You thereby enter into an agreement with the site, allowing us to periodically charge an amount equivalent to the price of the chosen subscription from the credit or debit card you selected for payment.
You can cancel your subscription at any time on the website. You can also contact our support by phone or email, who are always ready to guide you. The agreement can be terminated without notice. Upon cancellation, membership continues until the expiration date. Once a subscription is canceled, it cannot be resumed without a new purchase. Charges due for the period until the subscription expires are not refunded upon cancellation.
DELIVERY OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Immediately after your purchase, you will receive an invoice via email to the provided email address. KinkCon (Lei Trading) never stores your card numbers, expiration dates, or security codes. Your access to online products is delivered immediately after purchase via email with instructions on how to get started or download your files. Delivery occurs within a few minutes, but in some special cases, it may take up to 2 days. The email is sent to the email address you provided when purchasing the product. Note that there is no right of withdrawal for purchases of online courses and digital products where the material is delivered immediately.
RIGHTS
All rights to workshops, courses, events, and digital products belong to KinkCon (Lei Trading).
WORKSHOPS, COURSES & EVENTS
If you are prevented from attending one of our courses, a workshop, or a live event, please notify us at dan@sadistenstoolbox.dk. We do not refund purchased tickets or gift cards unless there is a cancellation by KinkClub. In such cases, the ticket will be refunded. According to the Consumer Agency, there is no right of withdrawal for ticket purchases, and we therefore comply with Danish law for ticket refunds. You cannot cancel courses, workshops, or events when there are less than 14 days left. However, you may transfer your spot to someone else, provided the amount is paid.
PAYMENT TERMS FOR EDUCATION, WORKSHOPS, CONSULTING, ETC.
Your registration for courses, workshops, or events is valid when you have paid. If you pay in installments, your registration is valid as soon as you have paid the first installment. The following installments are automatically charged to your payment card. When you sign up for courses, education, workshops, or mentoring programs, you enroll for the entire program and are obligated to pay all installments.
CANCELLATION OR CHANGES IN COURSES, WORKSHOPS, ETC.
Courses, workshops, and live events are conducted at the specified times. In case of changes, you will be notified at least 24 hours in advance. If KinkClub (Lei Trading) needs to cancel, you will receive a full refund. If a single day of a workshop is canceled, it will be replaced with a new date.
BREACH OF AGREEMENT
We reserve the right to terminate, suspend, or cancel your subscription at any time and without notice if you do not act in accordance with the terms and conditions. If the site is forced to delete a profile due to a breach of conditions, any remaining membership will not be refunded.
PERSONAL ADVICE
Payment for personal advice must be made in advance. You can change your appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled session. If you want to cancel or change your session within less than 48 hours before the agreed time, the full amount is payable. Once your session has taken place, you cannot get a refund. You are responsible for having a functional phone or internet connection at the time of the session. You may record your session, but your recording is for personal use only and must not be shared with others.
COMPLAINTS ABOUT SERVICES
If you are dissatisfied with services purchased from KinkCon, contact dan@sadistenstoolbox.dk. As a rule, you do not have a 2-year right to complain about services. Therefore, please contact us immediately if you experience problems. You have the right to have any deficiencies in the service rectified, which can be attributed to the nature of the service, unless there are individual circumstances or other external circumstances for which we cannot be held liable under Danish law.
LIABILITY
Any liability for damages KinkCon (Lei Trading) may incur in relation to courses, education, workshops, and live events is limited to direct damage and loss. KinkCon (Lei Trading) cannot be held liable for indirect damage or loss under any circumstances. KinkCon (Lei Trading)’s liability for direct damage and loss is limited to 50% of the price of the service to which the liability relates.
COMPLAINT ACCESS
If you want to complain about your purchase, you should contact dan@sadistenstoolbox.dk. If we are unable to find a solution, you can submit a complaint to the Consumer Complaints Board, provided the conditions for this are met.
